“This year’s Bastille Day is special…” French Envoy Emmanuel Lenain on PM Modi’s France visit

New Delhi, July 13 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi departed from India for an official visit to France and UAE on the morning of July 13. He is visiting France at the official invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron from July 13 to 14. Commenting on the visit, Ambassador of France to India Emmanuel Lenain said that this visit is very important as the two nations celebrate the silver jubilee of their strategic partnership. “We work in a spirit of partnership. French companies have been the pioneers for years of Make In India. It’s going to be a very important visit. India is the Guest of Honour of our Bastille Day. This year is very special as it’s the 25th anniversary of the strategic partnership between India-France. The personal chemistry between our two leaders is outstanding. They call on each other often,” said Emmanuel Lenain on July 13. PM Modi will meet the Indian community and leading CEOs from both nations. He expressed confidence that his visit will provide a new impetus to the strategic partnership between India and France.
